We stayed here Easter weekend (2 adults, 2 children & dog). The cottage was absolutely immaculate and had all amenities needed, including a welcome packet of biscuits that went down very well with the children! The cottage had a small private courtyard and also looked out onto a beautiful shared courtyard. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare your own food if you didn’t wish to eat out. The beds were very comfortable and again all bedding was very clean. Towels were provided also. The location was peaceful, but close to a co-op, a take away and a local pub. We went for a Sunday roast here and we would recommend this (also dog friendly). We visited Donna Nook, Theddlethorpe beach and Mablethorpe, all within a 20 minute drive from the cottage. Mablethorpe is what is expected from a seaside resort, but we would recommend Theddlethorpe beach, very quiet and a lovely walk.Close enough to enjoy the local areas but also come back to peace & quiet! We met the owners on arrival and saw them again briefly when on the property- very friendly and welcoming but not at all intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have enjoyed it that much we will be coming back next year for Easter too!Thank you very much!- E

Stayed for x2 nights on the CL campsite. The site was immaculately presented, Toilet block, shower was exceptionally clean.Didn't meet the owners, but their communication prior to arrival was great.Very peaceful and quiet site. Great walk to the coast and local village had 2 welcoming pubs that were dog friendly.Highly recommended. Would stay here again. - Duncan
